A precious legacy. The history of the Hôtel de Paris wine cellars dates back to François Blanc’s innovative vision in 1864: to create a resort comprising several establishments, all linked under one umbrella. Marie Blanc initiated and financed part of this colossal project in 1874. Since then, the cellars have been the beating heart of the resort’s wine supply, housing more than 450,000 bottles, true vinicultural treasures prized by wine connoisseurs.
